The
gangsters in the Whitehouse have pulled off the greatest
robbery in the history of the world. The entire treasury
of the US and all they could beg, borrow and steal.
They’re
pulling out the stops to keep the plot under wraps for
the next 10 months till they exit to their tax-free villas
in Dubai or ranches in Paraguay.
Sex beats treason every time. FBI
surveillance was used to get the goods on Spitzer, not
to investigate any sex ring. The
same surveillance that's used for getting the goods
on American citizens rather than foreigners
(see today’s
Washington Post, they even have a chart). Thisis not to excuse
Spitzer's actions, but how many of us wouldn't be "caught"
doing something illegal, immoral or embarrassing if we were
being monitored?
In
seven short years and 2 months, the gangsters running our
federal government have managed to spend every cent of
the 2000 surplus, pull every single cent out of our treasury
and run up a huge credit card bill from the Fed which arranges
financing from global corporations and foreign governments. Our
largest foreign creditors are China and Saudi Arabia.
This
administration has run up a
bill so huge that there isn’t enough currency existing
in the entire world to pay it off.
This
money now lines the pockets of Bush cronies via legislated
giveaways and no-bid contracts. Our esteemed leaders spent,
diverted, and gave
away every cent they could scrape up and they are going
to walk away and with the Democrats holding the empty bag
and Americans losing their homes, pensions, jobs and more.
These are the same masterminds who cut their teeth on Silverado
S&L
and Broward S&L. The Bush brothers and certain
neo-cons were up to their necks in those robberies, too.
It was never about power. It was never about terrorism. It
was never about America.
It was all about all the
money.

Eliot Spitzer and the $200 billion dollar bail-out
While
New York Governor Eliot Spitzer was paying an ‘escort’ $4,300
in a hotel room in Washington, just down the road, George
Bush’s new Federal Reserve Board Chairman, Ben Bernanke,
was secretly handing over $200 billion in a tryst with
mortgage bank industry speculators.
Both acts were wanton, wicked and lewd. But there’s a BIG difference. The
Governor was using his own checkbook. Bush’s man Bernanke was using ours.

Four years ago,
an academic economist named Ben Bernanke co-authored a
technical paper that could have been titled “Things
the Federal Reserve Might Try if It’s Desperate” — although
that may not have been obvious from its actual title, “Monetary
Policy Alternatives at the Zero Bound: An Empirical Investigation.”
Today,
the Fed is indeed desperate, and Mr. Bernanke, as its chairman,
is putting some of the paper’s suggestions
into effect. Unfortunately, however, the Bernanke Fed’s
actions — even though they’re unprecedented in
their scope — probably won’t be enough to halt
the economy’s downward spiral.

What
the hell is a "Liberal
Fascist?"
Behold the power of
twisted languageMore and more often, I hear
this term on my radio and TV-- A newly coined phrase,
based on the title of Jonah Goldberg’s book, used
to undermine the Democratic candidates who are taking America
by storm and their supporters.
The Media Whores of Hyperbole rely on a dumbed-down audience
to parrot the sound byte, who can be counted on to never
read the book. The phrase
sounds powerful but means nothing. It is merely the
latest “word
bomb” being thrown at liberals and progressives--
and their candidates, in hopes of influencing the November
election.
Liberal Fascism is a contradiction in terms. History
clearly shows that Fascism was always product of right-wing
extremists and the reaction AGAINST Liberals. The very
first victims of Nazi concentration camps were the intellectuals
and liberals: newspaper people, educators and educated
professionals.
Bashing of Liberals as unAmerican has been a weapon to
polarize Americans by demonizing the “thinking” portion
of the population and separating them from the kool-aid
drinkers. The
Rush-clones understand, as do their masters, that with
a divided people, they can continue to grow fat controlling
the airwaves-- and thinking -- of this country.
But the pundits have nothing left (pardon the pun) to put
forth except sound
bytes. And their paradoxical
sound bytes don’t stand up to the reality of
American life in 2008. Everything
the Airwave Whores support is crumbling to bits as
real people wake up to the real Fascists who have been
raping and selling out our country.
Jonah Goldberg’s book is a concocted examination
of NOTHING. It's an attempt to paint mainstream liberals
with a fascist brush -- Clinton and Obama at the head --
as somehow being heirs to Stalin, Mussolini and Hitler
while the real fascists mortgage our country to the heirs
of Mao, Islamic Kings and third world labor marts.
In layman's metaphor, it's the equivalent of saying every
man who wears a moustache is a follower of Hitler.
Goldberg’s logic is no better than those who argue
the Holocaust never existed.

What is a Super Delegate?
Do the People Really Pick the candidate?
The DNC toots Democracy, but
how can the party really stand for the American people
when party officials have built in controls for
the people's vote to be overridden by delegates who have
voting rights based solely on their position in the Democratic
Party?
The 796 Super Delegates*, are
not committed to choosing whom the people have picked.. but
who can be swayed by promises much like lobbyists sway our
legislators in the halls of Congress.
Will our next presidential
candidate be shoved down Americans' throats because an
UN-democratic vote rigging is now part of the DNC
rule book? Are
the people's votes being disenfranchised even before November?
It will take 2025 to 2207 votes
for a candidate to take the nomination. During the
2008 Democratic Convention, Super Delegates will make up
an additional one-fifth of the total number of delegates
or 796 votes. These delegates are not selected by the people
through the Primary Elections or Caucuses and are not required
to vote for the candidate who won the primary in their state.
Super Delegates are those
delegates seated according to their status as party officials:
members of Congress, Governors, members of DNC, former Presidents
and VPs, former Senate leaders and House Speakers and Minority
Leaders; former DNC Chairs. Disqualification is a result
of voting for a candidate from another party as Joe Lieberman
when he endorsed Republican John McCain. Super Delegate votes
from outside the USA only count at one-half a vote.
